Really lovely cottage. Rustic features. Lots of space. Especially outside and for parking. We had the parents and in laws in the rooms downstairs. Husband & I slept in the crows nest! Was slightly tricky to get up/ down the ladder and restricted head height (expected, part of the fun but aware if tall!) But bed was comfortable, kids will love it and loads of cushions : blankets etc. Overall wonderful stay. Much better to stay outside the drama of central Blackpool. And Elizabeth our host was great. Even with a fish & chip takeaway recommendation (excellent!) Nats & family

Beautiful cottage presented as described. Great to take the family especially being close to shops and all the attractions in Blackpool. Would definitely come back and stay again. The Dexters

Great place to stay in a central location. Beautiful home with everything you need. Elizabeth was a great host, very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you

Beautiful location! House has ALL amenities and everything you could want. £10 taxi ride into the busy Blackpool strip. Beds are super comfy and lots of takeaways close by too. If you use the 3rd floor small bedroom I would recommend maybe a fan, as it got quite warm up there! X Thank you again

What a fabulous house, we were made to feel so welcome from the owners. Would definitely return. Brilliant home that was dog friendly! Teenagers were dropped at pleasure beach everyday and my husband and I went walks with the dog, would recommend Stanley Park. We even took a walk down to central pier and back from the house with the dog as we were blessed with good weather. Fab places to walk nearby in morning and night with the dog too. The house had everything you could need, sat relaxing in the sun late afternoon/night. We will be back.

The Coach House was the perfect place to spend time with friends and explore the area. The house is immaculate and stylishly furnished….but cosy and welcoming. The kitchen was so well equipped we were able to cook a full roast dinner! We appreciated that such a lovely place also welcomed our dog and Freddie was delighted with his package of treats. Hosts were helpful and friendly from booking throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful coach house. Spotlessly clean, big bedrooms, can’t say enough great things about this home.

Two nights with extended family. Oldies through to 10 year old. Also two dogs. Really enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, hot shower and toasty warm central heating in late November. Highly recommend

We loved our stay in the coach house. Liz has made the house so cosey, thinking of the extra few touches to make your stay extra special. We couldn’t recommend more!

Elizabeth was very friendly, and communication was spot on. The house was perfect and arriving to a party balloon and a bottle Prosecco for NYE was a lovely touch. Would 100% stay again.
